Mash it Up! returns on Saturday 21st October to The Lark In The Park, Copenhagen Street, London N1. This is a nice venue in Islington with a dancefloor area, bar area and chill out room at the back with comfortable seating.

Jazz dance weekend!
What a treat this weekend has in store for lovers of old school jazz dance! All three days this weekend features a top jazz dance session. It's like buses - wait for ages then three come along at once! Make sure you get out to at least one of these sessions - you won't regret it! Proof that jazz clubbing is still alive and kicking in the 21st Century...

Spanish Harlem Orchestra - 13-15 Nov
Lovers of Nuyorican salsa take note - the Spanish Harlem Orchestra play live at The Jazz Cafe from Mon 13th Nov - Weds 15th Nov. Doors open at 7pm with support from DJ Lubi (Fania) on Mon and DJ Snowboy on Tue and Wed.
The Spanish Harlem Orchestra are a Grammy nominated 12-piece group led by pianist Oscar Hernandez who has played with the likes of Ray Barretto and Ruben Blades.
According to Lubi you can expect "Butt-kicking salsa played the old school classic way from New York's finest".
